How the Church of England transformed its digital presence

Since establishing its own in-house digital team in 2016, the Church of England has overhauled its online presence, skillfully harnessing the increased opportunities for connecting, communicating and engaging with its audiences facilitated by digital and social media.

Adrian Harris, head of digital at Church of England, who outlined the strategic approach taken and explained more on some of the innovative projects developed, including the award-winning Alexa skill.
